Wild Ride Brewing is a production brewery located in the heart of downtown Redmond. Their family-friendly tap room has indoor and outdoor seating with food carts serving fish and chips, pizza, burgers, and more. Their great patio space also has fire pits to keep you warm during winter while you enjoy their year-round or seasonal brews.

Tip: The Nut Crusher Peanut Butter Porter and Whoopty Whoop Wheat (an American Hefeweizen with lemon peel) have won several Oregon Beer Awards and come highly recommended in reviews.

Porter Brewing Co.


Porter Brewing Co. serves 100% cask-conditioned real ales. Real ale is beer that is unfiltered that goes through a secondary fermentation process in the cask where it naturally self-carbonates. Their cask ale is actually hand-pumped using English beer engines so you can enjoy it in its best form. The pub has a great atmosphere with a dog-friendly patio, outdoor seating and food trucks serving BBQ.

Tip: If you’re looking for entertainment while drinking, they have a game room hidden upstairs with shuffleboard and darts!

Initiative Brewing is a great brewpub serving quality craft beer and creative, well-thought out pub grub that pairs well with their beer. Their tap list includes everything from single hop IPA, pilsner, amber ale, and black lager. The owners take great pride in their menu as a lot of it is made from high quality ingredients sourced from local farms and vendors. Their outdoor area is spacious, perfect for a day out with family or friends.

Tip: Some fan favorites include their Cold IPA, Hazy IPA, Korean fries with kimchi, Hawaiian burger, and Cubano sandwich.

Cascade Lakes Brewing Company


Cascade Lakes Brewing Company is the first and only not-for-profit brewery in Central Oregon. The brewery is family-owned and supports local causes like stewardship, conservation, and animal welfare efforts. Aside from their impressive 25-barrel brewing house system, they have two brew pubs. The Redmond location, Cascade Lakes Brewpub at 7th St, serves staple year-round beers and great food in a laid back atmosphere with outdoor seating complete with fire pits and horseshoe pits.
